The nice upgrade in this solution from the Advanced version is the Lutron Radio Ra2 Select Hub which gives you app control over the two zones. Included will be ten of the Cree Lighting LS Series 8-foot fixtures to allow for five 16-foot-long sections running parallel to the parking spaces in the garage. Set up three columns with one of the two included Lutron PowPaks and then the other two columns with the last PowPak. This gives you zone control over the two-car space and the single-car space individually.
